What We Collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Your name — so we can address you properly.
- Your email — so we can send you your API key and critical service updates.
- A hashed version of your IP address — for abuse prevention only. We cannot reverse this hash to identify you.
What We Don't Collect
- We do not use cookies.
- We do not use analytics or tracking scripts.
- We do not use third-party advertising.
- We do not log, store, or analyze your AI prompts, inputs, or responses by default.
Operational Metadata
To keep the service running, we retain limited operational metadata — such as request counts, model and endpoint usage, timing, error codes, and billing-relevant totals. This metadata is used only for abuse prevention, billing, reliability, and debugging. It does not include the content of your prompts or responses.
Blue Claw does not currently provide TEE, E2EE, or confidential-computing guarantees. Inference runs on independent GPU operators in the Blue Claw network. Avoid regulated or highly sensitive workloads unless your use case has been reviewed with us.
How We Use Your Data
Your email is used exclusively to:
- Send you your API key when your access is approved.
- Notify you of critical service changes (e.g., beta ending, pricing updates).
We will never sell, share, or rent your data to third parties. We will never send marketing emails or newsletters.
Data Retention
Your data is stored in our database for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw from the waitlist at any time.
